com789 started with a simple idea: Pakistani players deserve an online platform that actually understands how they bet, how they pay, and what sports they follow. That is what we built — and we are still building it every day.

The story of com789 is really the story of a frustration that many Pakistani players shared. For years, if you wanted to bet on a PSL match or spin some slots online, your options were platforms built for other markets — designed around European payment systems, currencies you had to convert from PKR, and sports calendars that treated cricket as a minor category tucked away below dozens of sports you had no interest in.
The team behind com789 knew that was backwards. Cricket is not a minor sport in Pakistan — it is the sport. The PSL is a major event that draws millions of viewers. T20 internationals involving the Pakistan national side are occasions that the whole country follows. And yet, the platforms available at the time treated these events as footnotes rather than headline acts.
com789 was built to fix that. From day one, the platform was designed with Pakistani players as the primary audience — not an afterthought. That meant building cricket coverage from the ground up as the core of the sportsbook, integrating JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast as first-class payment options rather than afterthoughts, displaying all amounts in PKR, and making the platform fast and usable on the kind of mobile connections that are standard across Pakistan.
"We did not want to be a global platform that also accepts Pakistan. We wanted to be a platform that Pakistani players feel was made specifically for them."
Over time, com789 has expanded well beyond its original sportsbook roots. The platform now includes a full slot games library with hundreds of titles, a live casino section with real dealers and real-time tables, a bingo room that has built a genuinely active community of regular players, and a game lobby that organises everything in a way that makes sense for how Pakistani players actually browse and discover games. The original commitment — Pakistan first — has never changed.
com789 launched with a focused sportsbook — cricket, PSL and football markets, all priced in PKR. JazzCash was the first payment method integrated. The founding team had one goal: make sports betting genuinely convenient for Pakistani players.
Responding to player feedback, com789 added a dedicated slot games section. The initial library of around 80 titles grew rapidly as more providers came on board. Easypaisa was integrated as a second mobile wallet option.
Live dealer tables launched, bringing real-time casino games to com789. Pakistani players could now join live blackjack, roulette and baccarat tables with PKR balances. The platform crossed 100,000 registered accounts this year.
The bingo section launched with a regular schedule of sessions and prize pools. Esports betting markets were added, covering CS2, Dota 2 and PUBG Mobile tournaments — reflecting growing interest among younger Pakistani players.
Raast — SBP's instant payment system — was added as a deposit and withdrawal option. A full mobile optimisation project made the platform significantly faster and easier to use on Android and iOS devices across all connection speeds.
com789 reached 500,000 registered players and expanded the game library to over 1,000 titles. PSL coverage was enhanced with ball-by-ball live markets and expanded player prop betting options for every match of the tournament.
Six areas where com789 is built differently from generic international platforms
PSL, T20 internationals, ODI series and Test matches are the headline act at com789, not an afterthought. Ball-by-ball live markets during major Pakistan games, player props for every PSL fixture, and outright tournament betting from before the season starts. If you follow Pakistan cricket seriously, the depth of coverage at com789 reflects that.
Every balance, stake, payout, deposit and withdrawal on com789 is handled in Pakistani Rupees. No conversion rates, no mental maths, no confusing dollar amounts. When you deposit PKR 2,000 and win PKR 3,500, that is exactly what your account shows and exactly what gets sent back to your JazzCash or bank account.
com789 was built knowing that the majority of Pakistani players access the platform on a mobile device, often on a standard 4G connection. The entire platform — sportsbook, slots, live casino, bingo — is optimised for mobile browsers without requiring any app download. Fast, tap-friendly and usable even when connectivity is not ideal.
JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit cards are all supported. These are the payment methods that Pakistani players actually use every day — not international e-wallets that require separate accounts or currency conversion. Deposits are typically instant and withdrawals are processed quickly to your preferred method.
Over 1,000 games across slots, live casino, bingo and table games. Classic fruit slots, video slots with bonus rounds, progressive jackpot titles, live blackjack with real dealers, roulette, baccarat and a bingo room with a regular schedule of sessions. The game lobby is organised so you can find what you are looking for quickly without scrolling through everything.
com789 includes account tools to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit and loss limits. The platform is for adults aged 18 and over only, and the responsible gaming section provides practical guidance on keeping your betting enjoyable and within a budget you are comfortable with. These tools are available to every player from the moment they register.
A platform is only as good as the principles that guide it. These are the values that shape every decision made at com789.
Every product decision at com789 starts with the question: does this work well for Pakistani players? Local payment methods, PKR balances, cricket coverage and mobile performance are not optional extras — they are baseline requirements.
Odds are clearly displayed, terms are written plainly, and there are no hidden fees on deposits or withdrawals. com789 does not claim or imply any government licence or official regulatory approval in Pakistan. What you see is what you get.
A betting platform that goes down during the final over of a PSL chase, or a casino that freezes mid-spin, is worse than useless. com789 invests heavily in platform stability and speed so that when the cricket is live, the platform keeps up.
Support is available around the clock. Whether you have a question about a bet settlement, a payment that needs checking, or a game that is not loading correctly, the com789 support team is reachable and responsive — not a chatbot that sends you in circles.
Player data is handled with care and never sold or shared with third parties beyond what is required to process transactions. Account security tools, including password protection and session management, are standard features available to every player.

The team behind com789 includes people who have been involved in online gaming platforms for many years, alongside sports analysts who follow Pakistan cricket closely enough to know the difference that a specific pitch conditions report makes to a PSL match preview. That combination — genuine technical depth and genuine knowledge of Pakistan's sports culture — is what makes com789 different from platforms that are simply translated versions of something built for another market.
Customer support is staffed by people who understand Pakistan — the time zones, the payment methods, the sports seasons, the questions that Pakistani players actually ask. When the PSL final is on and a player needs a quick answer about a bet settlement, that support interaction should be fast, relevant and helpful. That is the standard the com789 support team works to every day.
