com789 supports all major PKR payment options used in Pakistan, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Visit the Deposit page after logging in to see your available methods and saved accounts.

Most deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are credited within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take a little longer depending on your bank. If your deposit hasn't reflected after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The Deposit page clearly shows the minimum for each option. In general, mobile wallet deposits like JazzCash and Easypaisa have lower minimums, making it easy for players to top up small amounts when needed.

Log in to your account and go to the withdrawal section in your account dashboard. Select your preferred method — the same ones used for deposits are typically available for withdrawals too. Processing times vary, but most requests are handled within 24 hours.

New players who register and make their first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus. The current offer is shown on your account dashboard immediately after your first deposit. Bonuses are credited in PKR and come with specific wagering requirements that are clearly outlined before you claim.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet a certain amount before bonus winnings can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 500 bonus means you must place bets totalling PKR 5,000 before requesting a withdrawal of those bonus winnings. The requirements are stated clearly for each offer.

Yes, most bonuses come with an expiry window — typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion. Check the bonus terms for the specific offer you've claimed. Expired bonuses and any winnings from them are removed from your account automatically.

Yes. Cricket is one of the most popular betting categories on com789. You can bet on Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, test cricket and domestic competitions. Live in-play betting is also available so you can place bets while the match is ongoing. Check the Betting section for current markets.

Odds represent the likelihood of an outcome and determine how much you win. For example, odds of 2.50 on a PKR 100 bet mean you'd receive PKR 250 if your bet wins (PKR 150 profit + your original PKR 100 stake). Decimal odds are displayed throughout the com789 betting platform, making it easy to calculate potential returns before placing your bet.

If a match is abandoned or cancelled before any result is determined, most bets are voided and your stake is returned to your account. If a match is interrupted but later completed, bets generally stand. Specific rules are outlined in the Terms and Conditions, and results are settled according to official cricket board decisions.

Yes. In addition to cricket, com789 covers football leagues and esports tournaments. Head to the Bet or Betting section to see current markets across different sports and esports events. Markets are updated regularly to reflect upcoming fixtures.
